Honey Amps Deluxe Pro guitar amplifier.
Based on the Fender Pro 5E5, but similarities of the 5E3, few mods and improvements.
Twin 5881 output valves 35W
2x10 inch WGS speakers
All Australian made, with Solid Pine. Hand Crafted and Hand wired, using only the finest electronic components. Switchcraft jacks, Sprague Orange drop or Mallory capacitors, Sprague & F&T Electrolytic Capacitors. Audio circuit Resistors are modern vishay metal film resistors instead of the noisier, period correct carbon composition found in the original Fenders. Metal film resistors, are much more reliable and also generate less hiss than carbon comp resistors. All mounted on a turret style board for more reliability than the original eylet boards.
Quality Belton Valve Sockets
2 x 10 Speakers : WGS Retro 10 + WGS ET10
Using the finest Hammond, Mains and output Transformers.
Including added Screen resisitors to the power output Valves, for added protection agains excessive screen current, and slightly altering the overdrive tone for the better. A Class X cap has also been added across the mains hot and neutral conductors to reduce power line noise.
HT Fuse
Improved grounding and by using a brass plate behind all pots and jacks, and elevating the heater wires to minimise hum.
large 9Watt cathode resistor, for better heat dissipation and longitivtiy.
slightly Improved layout guarantees lower noise and best tone possible.
As of January 2022, All complete amps come with a 5 year warranty, from date of purchase, against defects in workmanship. Tubes and reverb tanks are warrantied for 30 days.
